Aurelia 1.1.0-rc.8 is the accepted Product 1.0 RC theme paired with Free 3.28.0-rc.7 and Pro 1.36.0-rc.7. It implements Theme Contract 1.10.0 and consumes the Language Navigation contract 1.0.0. The theme owns markup, placement, responsive behavior, typography, imagery and accessible interaction; it never calculates availability, pricing, tax or payment amounts.
The RC covers the editorial homepage, global hero, room catalogue and detail, Book Now, Booking Confirmation, customer surfaces, language switcher, child theme lanes, responsive images and no-JavaScript fallbacks. Interactive browser enhancements are progressive: a keyboard and screen-reader user can still complete the core journey when scripts or a Pro enrichment are unavailable. Accessibility acceptance targets WCAG 2.2 AA, with visible focus, semantic headings, usable contrast and reduced-motion support.
Update through the native WordPress theme updater only when the offer is strictly newer and its download passes SHA-256 and byte-size checks. Failures return WP_Error; a child theme updates the parent only after its override compatibility is checked. Template Version mismatches fall through safely to the parent or plugin default. Keep the accepted ZIP immutable and verify a real HTTP smoke after activation. This release note is review-only until the documentation launch gate is signed off.
