Coupons and Additional Services are Pro capabilities. They affect a new quote only after the server validates the code, scope, dates, usage limits and selected service. The theme may present these controls, but it cannot calculate or trust their values.
Add a service
- Open Hotel Booking → Additional Services.
- Select Add New, enter a guest-facing name and description, and choose the supported pricing type such as per booking, per night or per guest / night.
- Enter the amount in the configured currency, enable the service and save.
- Make a private test search, select the service and confirm the server quote.
Keep service descriptions clear about quantity and whether the amount repeats per night or per guest. Deactivating a service stops new selections; it does not remove service lines already saved in a booking snapshot.
Add a coupon
- Open Hotel Booking → Coupons and select Add New.
- Enter a unique coupon code, discount type and value, then set its active dates, usage limits and eligible scope.
- Save the coupon and test one valid and one invalid code in a private window.
The documented baseline applies a coupon to the room subtotal only. It does not silently discount taxes or service lines. The confirmation, email and Pro invoice must show the saved coupon and discount amount. Never copy a production code into a public screenshot or support ticket.
If a code or service behaves unexpectedly, capture the booking code, dates, currency and redacted validation message. Do not edit a booking total directly; use the supported configuration or recovery workflow.
