Hotel Booking is a modular WordPress product for publishing room types, checking live availability and accepting bookings. Start with Hotel Booking Free, add Hotel Booking Pro when you need commercial workflows, and use Aurelia when you want the supported boutique-hotel presentation.

This overview is for a site owner or evaluator deciding which packages to install. It explains ownership; it is not a feature-by-feature setup guide.
Product components
Hotel Booking Free
Hotel Booking Free is the required business core. It owns room types, amenities, galleries, inventory, availability search, booking creation, base pricing, basic taxes, pay-at-hotel and the booking confirmation email. It also owns the public /rooms/ and /search-availability/ routes.
You can run a complete basic booking journey with Free alone.
Hotel Booking Pro
Hotel Booking Pro is an optional add-on and requires an active compatible copy of Free. It adds commercial capabilities such as advanced pricing, coupons, additional services, online payment integrations, customer accounts, cancellation and refunds, advanced tax rules, invoices, reviews, room policies and channel features. A valid activation controls access to Pro features, updates and support; it does not replace Free or take ownership of Free data.
Aurelia
Aurelia is an optional WordPress theme. It controls presentation, responsive layout, typography and theme-level navigation. It consumes public Hotel Booking contracts and does not calculate prices, decide availability, create bookings or process payments.
Boundaries that remain stable
- Install and keep Hotel Booking Free active before enabling Pro.
- Do not use a theme as the source of booking business behavior.
- Deactivating Pro leaves Free and existing business data in place, but Pro-only workflows can become unavailable.
- iCal Calendar Sync and the Booking.com or Agoda Advanced Integration are separate channel workflows.
- Package versions are independent even though they ship as Product 1.0.
Choose a starting configuration
- Choose Free only for a basic room, availability and booking workflow.
- Choose Free + Pro when a required capability is listed as Pro.
- Choose Free + Aurelia for the supported design without Pro features.
- Choose Free + Pro + Aurelia for the complete release set.
